Prices on this site
Published prices are starting points in Canadian dollars and do not include HST. The final price depends on the condition of your home's wiring, the equipment chosen and any permit fees. You get a written price before work begins.
Estimates and changes
Under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, we will not charge more than ten per cent above a written estimate without your agreement, and any change to the agreed work is confirmed with you first.
Cancellation
For agreements signed away from our place of business, you may cancel within ten days of receiving the written contract, and within one year if the contract is missing required information. Emergency work performed at your request is excluded where the law allows.
Licensing and permits
Wieser Electric is a licensed electrical contractor registered with the Electrical Safety Authority (ECRA/ESA). Work requiring a permit is filed with the ESA and inspected. Ask us for the notification number for your job at any time.
Insurance and warranty
We carry commercial general liability insurance and WSIB coverage. Workmanship is warranted for one year from completion; equipment carries its manufacturer's warranty.
