We aim to meet WCAG 2.0 Level AA. That means readable text sizes, strong colour contrast, visible keyboard focus, and reduced motion when your device asks for it. The booking assistant is voice-based, so a phone number and a written contact form are always offered alongside it.
Accessible formats and support persons
We will provide quotes, invoices and other information in an accessible format or with communication support on request, at no extra cost. Service animals and support persons are welcome at any job site we control.
